It was very, very cold with temperatures in the twenties along with extreme winds gusting over 30 mph!  A snow squall had just passed by a few hours earlier.  A small determined group showed up to claim their hams although we understand a few late comers came by afterward and missed out.  Johannes had the first and only flight which was incredible!  So by a few minutes after 10 am, the event was over so everyone could get back to their warm cars......
