On
Saturday, July 26, a group of students from the Independent Youth
Aviation Workshop assoicated with the OSSBT Cultural Center made a
field trip to the MCRCS Flying Field. The purpose was to learn
about flight and radio control planes. Soham Patel
led about 15 students and gave them an introduction to RC Flight.
Mohammad Mirza from the club gave them a review of our field and the
students got to see our pilots in action including an unexpected crash
landing by Carl Tindall in the corn field.
We extended
another invitation for a second group but have been not been able to set up a date. |
