Warbirds & Cub Day

Sunday, the rain date, turned
out to be an amazing flying day with mid 80 degree temperatures and low
winds! This was a club event which featured Warbirds and Cubs
with WW I planes being the preferred warbird. Pilot attendance
was fair
with only about a dozen or so pilots that flew. We were hoping
that more pilots showed up to fly. Next year we will stress to
members that you
can fly any RC plane if you have neither a warbird or a cub. Some
non-flying members and invited guests did show that
overall made a good turnout. A great lunch was available by Chef Mohammad
with
Irwin's assistance.
